WATER

All apartments receive their own individual water rates. Common areas are covered by the owners' levies.

TELEPHONE & INTERNET

All apartments receive their own individual telephone bills. Telephone services can be with any provider. The building is fully capable for both ADSL and Cable broadband Internet services.

GAS / HOT WATER

The gas supplier uses the hot water meter to calculate individual apartment gas consumption. Hot water meters are located under the laundry wash tub, or under the kitchen sink. Meter reading cards are deposited in apartment mailboxes quarterly; the resident reads the meter and returns the postage-paid card.

ELECTRICITY

Electricity is supplied to each apartment by Energy Australia.

TELEVISION

All apartments receive free to air television channels in both analog and digital signals. The building is also fully cabled for apartments to optionally subscribe to Pay TV or premium television services.

Television receivers and video recorders should be tuned to the following settings.

A Closed Circuit TV system (CCTV) operates in the building. Consisting of 20 security cameras, this system is monitored by Building Management and the Concierge. Residents are able to view a four split screen providing camera views of the garage gates, goods entry, retail area and the front of the building.

To program the CCTV system, select an unused channel on your television and tune that channel to UHF 69 in exactly the same way as tuning in a television channel.
