STRATA MANAGEMENTThe Strata Manager is responsible for the day-to-day keeping of all books and records of the Owners' Corporation (financial and other) and reports regularly to the Executive Committee. The Strata Manager attends each Executive Committee meeting and prepares the agenda and minutes for those meetings. The Strata Manager carries out those administrative duties set by the Executive Committee and maintains up-to-date records of owners' names and addresses. The Strata Manager is also responsible for the collection of levies, investment of Owners' Corporation sinking fund, and keeping the Executive Committee advised on Strata Plan matters, legislative changes or amendments.
