INTERCOM

Contacting the Concierge

By using the intercom panel at the front entry of the building, visitors and guests of residents can contact the Concierge for entry into the building. To contact the Concierge, press 1 and then BELL. The Concierge will call the intended apartment for authorisation to permit access to the visitor. All guests and visitors are announced to residents.

Contacting residents directly

Visitors can use the intercom system (located at the entrance of the building), to connect directly to a resident's apartment. To call an apartment, use the up and down arrow keys to locate the surname of the relevant resident in the intercom directory. Once the correct surname is displayed, press BELL.

Residents have the option to have their name or apartment number displayed on the front intercom panel. Where requested, a pin number may also be provided to gain access through the main entry only. Please contact the Concierge for this.

If a visitor contacts an apartment using the front intercom panel, the security telephone in the apartment will ring. When answered, the resident will have voice contact with the caller. The resident can press "99" on the intercom handset which will provide access through the front door and to their level via the first available lift.

When visitors approach the Concierge for access, the Concierge will contact apartments for consent for access.
