Generally, the Owners' Corporation must look after the common property and undertake all repairs. This includes replacing and renewing common property when needed. Examples of common property include: pipes and wiring which are in the common property or which service more than one lot; windows and doors on boundaries of the lot, etc. For more information regarding what is common property, please refer to the Building Manager. |
