CAR PARK

Headlights must be turned on while driving in all car park areas. Maximum speed is 5 kph.

For security reasons, residents entering the car park should exercise caution to ensure that tailgaters do not gain access to the building.

Vehicles must be parked wholly within the boundaries of the car spaces.

Storage Units

To ensure the car parks remain clean and tidy, all items for storage must be stored in approved units. To install a storage unit, an application must be made outlining the proposal.
