BALCONIES

All apartments within Observatory Tower have a corresponding balcony. Sizes vary from small private balconies, to the large gardened terraces on Level 3.

Although balconies are a great opportunity for relaxing and entertaining, care must be taken on and around your balcony. Furniture and items on balconies must be securely restrained, as even large heavy items have blown away in wind storms. Children should be supervised, and not allowed to climb up or play on the railing.

Balcony furniture should be of a dark colour, so it is not conspicuous against the dark colours of the building's exterior. There should be no display or storage of household goods or recreational items on balconies, such as laundry, bicycles or other non-standard items.
